11 of 175 names misspelled
Here's a wonderful example of »how to get famous as an artist« even if everyone criticizes you. In fact it seems to be very easy. Ms. Maria Alquilar made an art piece for a public space 40 miles east of San Francisco: a large ceramic mosaic outside Livermore's new library about famous people in world history. Sounds not really interesting, but she has misspelled 11 of the 175 names in her work, »Eistein« with a missing n, «Michaelangelo« with a second a, also »William Shakespere« with a missing a is a member of this party...and that's something! The tabloids now report about the »Art Typos«. The artist said in the meantime: »The art chose the words,« and she »will not return to Livermore for any reason.« After asking for $6,000 plus travel expenses to correct the work the artist decided some days later not to come and change the work. Only some people in Livermore are a little bit frustrated, now they have this lovely new library and it has all these misspellings in front.
